1. Vehicle Sales:
- Eloi Automobile agrees to sell the customer the specified vehicle in good working condition.
- The customer agrees to pay the agreed-upon price for the vehicle in full before taking possession of it.
2. Vehicle Inspection:
- The customer has the right to inspect the vehicle before finalizing the purchase.
- Any issues or discrepancies found during the inspection must be addressed and resolved by Eloi Automobile before the sale is finalized after which the buyer accepts it as is.
3. Payment Terms:
- The customer agrees to pay the full purchase price of the vehicle in the agreed-upon payment method.
- Payment must be made in full before the customer takes possession of the vehicle.
4. Delivery:
- Eloi Automobile agrees to deliver the vehicle to the customer at the specified location and time.
- The customer is responsible for any shipping or delivery fees associated with the purchase, particularly for vehicles reserved.
5. Returns and Refunds:
- Eloi Automobile does not offer returns or refunds on vehicles once the sale is finalized.
- Any issues with the vehicle after purchase must be addressed through agreed warranties.
Maintenance and Care:
- The customer agrees to maintain and care for the vehicle according to the manufacturer's recommendations.
- Neglect or improper maintenance may void any warranty provided by Eloi Automobile.
7. Privacy:
- Eloi Automobile will not share any customer information with third parties without the customer's consent.
- Customer information will be kept confidential and used only for business purposes.
